A Group of Artists Turn Toxic Waste from a creek in Ohio to Paint

Sometimes, learning how to live with a problem could be a solution as is the case for an abandoned, lost land in Ohio – United States.

A coal mine that shut down over 100 years ago still spews toxic waste into streams and rivers. Now, a team of artists and scientists are harvesting the muck and turning the pollution into paint.

It’s hard to believe that their operations at the site could clear the waste and restore the lost land, but it is very incredible, the beauty of what they’re doing and the intelligence behind the process.
